Fairway Lawn Care Services:

• 5 Step Lawn Care Program: Our 5 step lawn care program combines granular (dry) fertilizers with liquid weed and insect control products to maximize results and achieve a superior lawn.
  
  
  • Treatment 1 (spring) April - May: This treatment consists of fertilizer to ensure a healthy spring lawn and a pre-emergent to help prevent and control crabgrass and other weeds from growing.
  • Treatment 2 (early summer) May - June: This treatment consists of fertilizer to maintain your lawn along with a weed and/or insect control (as needed).
  • Treatment 3 (summer) July - August: This treatment consists of fertilizer to help maintain your lawn through the rigors of summer along with a weed and/or insect control (as needed).
  • Treatment 4 (early fall) September - October: This treatment applies fertilizer to maintain your lawn and begin getting your lawn ready for winter. Weed control is also applied as needed.
  • Treatment 5 (fall) October - November: This treatment consists of fertilizer that will strengthen roots for winter and allow a healthier lawn in the spring.

Optional Services:

• Grub Control & Prevention: This treatment is applied in the summer/early fall to control grubs and prevent damage to your lawn from grubs.
• Lime/Sulfur Treatment: This treatment will correct the Ph in the soil and allow fertilizers to work properly and produce a healthier lawn.
• Landscape Maintenance Program: Fertilizer and a pre-emergent are applied to your landscape beds. This provides a supply of nutrients that will allow your plants to flourish, and will also prevent weeds from germinating in your landscape beds. We will also spray your plants with an insecticide to prevent insect damage to your valuable trees and shrubs.
• Total Vegetation Control: This will remove weeds and grasses that are growing in an unwanted area (e.g., fence line, sidewalk cracks, parking lots, etc.). We can also spray large grass areas to allow for replanting.
• Deer Control: Protect your plants and shrubs from damage caused by deer. We will treat your plants, trees, and shrubs with a commercial grade deer repellant.
• Seeding & Over Seeding: We will over seed your lawn with a slit seed machine, or hand seed a new lawn using a broadcast spreader with a premium blend of grass seed.
• Lawn Rolling: If your lawn is bumpy and has high spots, this service helps to eliminate these problem areas. Using a drum roller in early spring, your property will be rolled to even out the high spots.
• Aeration: This service removes small cores of soil that will then allow air, moisture, and fertilizers to penetrate deep into the root zone. This also reduces thatch and compaction and is recommended each year.
